Special event (workshops and online events) cancellation policy

No refunds will be issued unless your space can be filled with someone from the waiting list. If your space is not filled, a credit toward future offerings will be issued only if the cancellation is received one full week prior to the event minus a $25 administrative fee. No credits or refunds will be issued if cancellation is received within one week of the event or the first session in a series. If the event is canceled for any reason, your deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.

National (held in the US) retreat cancellation policy

  • If you need to cancel for any reason, no refunds, transfers, or credits are available unless your spot is filled from the waiting list. If someone is available to take your spot, you may choose a refund, transfer to the same retreat at a later date, or receive a credit for a future retreat minus an administration fee of $150.
  • If nobody is available to take your spot, no refunds, transfers or credits will be issued.
  • If the event is canceled for any reason, your deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.

International (held outside the US) cancellation policy

  • If you need to cancel more than 60 days prior to the retreat, no refunds, transfers or credits are available unless your spot is filled from the waiting list. If someone is available to take your spot, you may choose a refund, transfer to the same retreat at a later date or receive a credit for a future retreat minus an administration fee of $500.
  • If nobody is available to take your spot, no refunds, transfers or credits are available.
  • If you need to cancel 60 days or less prior to the retreat, no refunds, transfers or credits will be issued.
  • If the event is canceled for any reason, your deposit and paid balance will be refunded fully.
