Cozy Cabin Art + Yoga Women’s Retreat

Explore the interplay of yoga and creativity with Kimberly Wilson while enveloped in the spring air less than 2 hours from DC. The tranquility-filled weekend will involve yoga, creative play, mingling with like-minded women, an abundance of organic tea and reconnecting with nature. Enjoy homemade organic vegetarian meals, reading in a hammock, campfire time spent savoring smores, and yoga on a deck overlooking the trees. Space is limited, early registration encouraged.

Schedule:
Friday – 6-7pm arrival, 7:00-9:30pm opening module + dinner
Saturday – 10-1 modules, 1-2 lunch, 2:00-6:00pm free time: hiking, travel into town, or nap time, 6:00-7:00pm dinner, 7:00-10:00pm art + campfire
Sunday – 10-1 module + closing circle, 1-2 lunch, 2pm home-bound

Modules Include: Three all-level yoga and meditation practices, art: designing inspiration boards plus adding flair to your journals, creating an action plan for the season.

Investment: $445 includes meals, modules, lodging, tranquility-filled goody bag.

Cabins: Double occupancy lodging in 4-bedroom cabins with private bathrooms, fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and full kitchen.

Costa Rica Art + Asana Retreat

Join Kimberly Wilson and Mary Catherine Starr for a week-long escape focused on yoga, creativity, and mindfulness during Memorial Day weekend. We will bask in tranquility among the tropical splendor at Pura Vida, a private, gated, 8-acre mountainside estate in the Alajuela province. Here we will indulge in two daily yoga sessions (vinyasa, yin, restorative, and meditation), four art and creativity sessions (writing, art journaling, mixed media/collage, and sketching in nature), and plenty of time for naps, reading poolside, and dining on fresh, local cuisine.

The resort is enveloped in lush, tropical gardens surrounded by coffee plantations, and includes a pool, a hot tub, and luxurious spa treatments at your fingertips. This retreat is open to late beginner to advanced students. Classes will be taught at Tranquil Space Open Flow level with variations and modifications for your body.

INCLUDED: Ten yoga sessions, four creativity sessions, deluxe or tentalow accommodations, transport to and from the airport, a tranquility-filled goody bag, three delicious daily meals, and sensory surprises. All registrants will receive a detailed itinerary, packing list, and tips on making the experience divine.

Tentalow single $1,950, Tentalow double* $1,650 (per person)

Tentalow description: tentalows combine the adventure and feel of the outdoors with the amenities of a room. These 12 ‘ x 12 ‘ x 12 ‘ luxury tents have carpeted floors, very comfortable beds (the same as in our other accommodations), electricity, space for your clothes and plenty of fresh mountain air. The shared bathrooms are set in lush gardens, are very attractive, and are conveniently located nearby. 1 king or 2 twins.

Deluxe single $2,250, deluxe double* $1,850 (per person)

Deluxe description: deluxe accommodations are the A-frames and vistas. They each have a private balcony with stunning views, their own baths, balcony and coffee maker. 1 king or 2 twins.

*Please note if you come solo and choose double but no other solo guest is available to be your roommate, you will be transitioned to the single rate.

Tranquility Summer Camp

Explore the interplay of yoga and creativity taught by Kimberly Wilson and guest teachers while enveloped in nature. This tranquility-filled summer camp for women includes hours of yoga and creative play, organic tea and tasty treats, and ample time to reconnect with nature and yourself. Savor homemade organic vegetarian meals, reading in a hammock, smores under the stars, evening campfires, sunning poolside, and practicing yoga on a deck overlooking the woods. The camp will launch on a Thursday at noon and wrap up on Sunday at 2pm. Space is limited, early registration encouraged.

Yoga, Art + Writing in Paris

Join moi for a 5-day/4-night extravaganza to Paris indulging your artistic side. This journey includes five decadent days spent exploring the City of Light through led art and writing workshops, yoga, and flea marketing PLUS free time for tiptoeing through the Tuileries, indulging at a hamam (Turkish bath), window shopping along the Champs Élysées, visiting a Monet at Musée d’Orsay, and sipping café au lait at one of the countless sidewalk cafés.
