In an effort to deepen my teaching of tranquility, I returned to graduate school to pursue a master’s in social work.
As a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), mindfulness practitioner, and yoga teacher (ERYT) with over 15 years experience, I bring an eclectic mind/body focus to my work with clients.
My goal is to create a safe space to explore one’s dreams and fears and have experience working with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, feeling stuck, work concerns, anger management, personal growth, emotional regulation, and stress. Clients report feeling more alive, less stress, and in control of their lives.
I offer individual therapy in private practice. Sessions take place in a nurturing setting in the heart of Dupont Circle over a cup of tea and include tangible takeaways coupled with supportive encouragement.
